My personal fitness journey began with a remarkable transformation photo of a girl's impressive booty growth on Instagram. I absolutely fell in love with lifting weights and in particular the art and science of glute growth. Motivated by this newfound passion, I embarked on a path of competition, participating in both bodybuilding and powerlifting events.

Having dedicated myself to 11 bodybuilding shows, I am proud to have achieved two international victories in Singapore and Vietnam, as well as earning the prestigious title of WA State Champion in 2019. As an amateur, my journey reached its pinnacle when I turned pro, clinching the crown at the esteemed Arnold Classic in Melbourne.

Since then I started comp prep coaching and have transformed many client’s physiques as well as coached them all to multiple wins and placings. I also absolutely love getting female lifestyle clients to their goals, weather it be for the wedding, a birthday, or even just for themselves !

My specialization lies in body transformations for individuals of all fitness levels, employing a combination of weight training and nutrition strategies. My ultimate goal is to empower as many women as possible, instilling in them a sense of confidence in their own skin, a love for lifting weights, and a feeling of strength and comfort within the gym environment.

I am a full time online coach as well as an IFBB PRO and am currently competing in the pro circuit which is my passion, I hope my journey and progress will help inspire all my clients to work hard for what they want, and to never give up.
